They really wanted to stop leaving money on the table. A household-name retailer needed to implement a national pricing strategy for its commercial services unit. A leading consultancy implemented those improvements. The consultancy then engaged WebINTENSIVE to create a pricing mobile app to enable the retailer’s field sales reps to adhere to the strategy.
Quickly establishing a rapport and an efficient working relationship with the consultancy, the retailer’s CMO, and members of the retailer’s IT team, we set to work. We created a tablet app that incorporated a number of nuanced variables to enable consistent pricing given the particular circumstances of each of the retailer’s clients.
