Apr 01, 2011 Speaking at the ABA’s Online Privacy Panel

It was an impressive gathering of privacy experts and regulators: Julie S. Brill, Commissioner of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission as well as senior representatives from Hewlett Packard, Google, the American Bar Association, the FTC, and the Office of the Privacy and Information Commissioner, Ontario, Canada. I was honored to be among them, representing long-time client StartPage a panel discussion on “Competition and Consumer Protection in the Web 3.0 World” held yesterday at the National Press Club. The panel was part of the American Bar Association’s 59th Spring Meeting.
