David Bodnick
The founder and president of WebINTENSIVE, David’s experience includes developing and launching StartPage.com, a major search engine, and leading dozens of technology projects so your system will perform optimally and supports your business objectives by delivering tangible results.
David holds a BA from Brown University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). David serves on the Leadership Council of Oxfam America.
Ned Boyajian
Since 1986, Ned has specialized in crafting marketing and sales campaigns that deliver results.
His experience working with leading organizations including AIG, American Express, Bristol-Myers Squibb, CIT, Dow Jones, H.W. Wilson, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, MasterCard, and PepsiCo will give you an edge in leveraging Web-based technology in your marketing and sales operations.
Ned can also help you win employee enthusiasm for internal system changes.
Marlon Feld
Marlon draws on ten years of experience teaching at the university level, along with years of leading UI development and testing projects.
Marlon holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
Alexander "Xan" Gentile
Previously a strategy and transformation consultant with IBM, Xan is experienced in managing technically challenging deliverables as a project manager and implementing business process improvements as a business analyst.
Xan’s engineering background and quantitative model building experience lend hard analysis to his creative thinking around challenges. He has extensive experience collaborating with international colleagues and clients.
Xan holds a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rachel Gild
Rachel brings both business-to-business and business-to-consumer product development expertise to her role as a technology project manager.
She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Alex Giyaur
An assiduous trouble-shooter, Alex brings hands-on experience in testing SQL database applications for functionality, compatibility, performance, security and usability. He is skilled in test case execution and debugging.
Alex is a graduate of Stuyvesant and of Binghamton University.
Garner Gollatz
A former research analyst with the Brookings Institution, Garner brings research skills, international experience, and understanding of government policy to his role as a business analyst and communication specialist.
As Chief Technical Writer, he has written documents on e-learning and software localization, among other topics.
Garner holds M.A. degrees from Harvard University and Georgetown University. He speaks French, German and Arabic.
Anil Kumar
Anil has led WebINTENSIVE software development teams for almost a decade, and brings considerable technical experience gained from leading technology projects on behalf of Fortune 500 companies.
Previously, Anil’s work on high-performance, systems-level programming used in ATM switches formed important parts of large Internet backbones.
Anil holds an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur.
Jason Michael
Jason has hands-on experience in managing large scale private and public sector software development projects, drawing on his well rounded knowledge of technology, marketing, business, and design. He has led the development of systems that flawlessly handle millions of transactions for hundreds of thousands of users.
Jason graduated from Mercer University with a degree in Computer Science and Psychology. He speaks German and Japanese.

She is skilled at working with organizations to clarify project missions, so you can more effectively realize your larger business strategies.
Ifat is also a proficient graphic designer with experience in interface design and usability.
